Good morning. Yesterday when I got home I found our internet was no longer working. (I have some experience with this as this has happened multiple times since becoming a customer.) After trying the normal steps, I remembered that someone had been doing utility work in the back yard. Everything still seemed okay to me but it had obviously been messed with. I'm not sure what they did but they seem to have messed something up.
I work online from home and being offline is very inconvenient. Can anything be done to expedite the process to get it fixed?
