I am in the Waterloo, IA service area and have noticed I'm "Not Authorized" for certain channels. This includes 785 Fuse HD (I can get 254 Fuse) as well as 285 MTVu, 289 Smithsonian (I can get 850 Smithsonian HD), and a few other channels including 763 ESPN Buzzer Beater. Even after a "charge" to the box from customer service it persists. Do I have any recourse besides switching out DVR boxes? I don't want to lose my DVR recordings.
