[IN] outage - now problems..?

There was an outage a few days back, now I wonder if there are still lingering issues. I notice hops threw ibone.comcast.net now on a few IPS instead of att, is this new? My chief complaint is packet loss to one particular IP and it's only at my home, no one else seems to have problems with this IP. I called in to the lovely tier 1 support mediacom has and of course they want to send out a tech because of my signals - I'm so tired of that lame crap! Could someone please investigate or see if they have problems pinging this ip from their end? I don't know anyone else with mediacom service and like I said I only notice problems with this one IP right now. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out.
