For the past couple months or so (possibly longer), Youtube completely tanks surrounding prime time. I don't use it often, so I can't say how long exactly this has been a problem. On the 100mbps tier, it frequently won't even load 240p or 360p streams without constant buffering. Today, it wouldn't load videos period. Switching over to a VPN loads 1080p on the same connection without issue, so this does not seem to be a general speed or signals issue. Any idea what's causing this (I'm assuming some kind of peering or routing issue with Mediacom's end), and is anyone else being affected by it?
