Since late September been experiencing an average of 6% packet loss and ping times of 36+ms and jitter of 46+ms. Over a dozen calls, at least six in home visits. Been told there is a known issue with a card upstream and "it's being looked into", but it keeps getting worse and worse. It's edging to near completely unusable, and nothing has changed for the better. If I knew any alternative I'd switch so fast it'd create a sonic boom. Others with similar problems? 65803 area.
