[MO] Random Disconnects

MediacomChad, Please help. Random Disconnects tonight. Tried everything on my end. (?DNS error - contact ISP) Talked with "Victoria" in tech support via number on my bill, sounded like she was in China? She finally changed the phone number on my account after having asked for several years. Also, asked her to run a line check. She told me that my account showed I still have a mediacom modem. However I have had my own modem and router (Linksys) for years. I hope Mediacom is not billing me for a modem I do not have. Please make sure that is removed from my account, and fix the random dropouts and disconnects on your end. I don't know if someone is flipping a switch up there or what, but that's what it feels like. Thanks Chad! let me know your progress...ps check for hackers too please :)
