[FL] Upload almost non existent

I had an issue not long ago that I got resolved (only by really upgrading to faster speed, though. I still believe the physical problem on the mainline was never actually resolved). At its best it gets the advertised speed, even better at a ridiculous time like 3 AM. 100Mb down, 20Mb up. At 3 AM it can even hit 35Mb up. But as of the last few days, during the day (Like now, for instance) my upload is nil, while the download is still fine. I can't even get an upload reading on any speedtest except the one on this website. [att=1] [att=2] It took more than 5 minutes to upload these two screenshots (With many failed attempts as well) And they're a combined total of 210Kb. I'm honestly amazed to see the upload do as well as it did in this speed test. You can also see what happens to my ping during a download but that's been happening for a year and I've given up getting that fixed. It only spikes to that occasionally instead of holding there, which is better than it used to be so I just deal with it. That's the issue on the main line, not at my place, as everything at my place has been replaced to fix it to no avail Now when 2 AM comes rolling around, it returns to normal and works perfectly fine. I've tried the usual suspects. The Restarting the Modem/Router. It's happening with a physical connection, over wireless, multiple machines, different RJ45 cables... all connected devices are accounted for. There's no network usage on any of these machines while this is taking place, no bitcoin miners or anyone with the wireless password or anything like that. And it returns to normal during WAY off peak hours When it comes to browsing the web, this is not a big deal I can suffer on. The download is unaffected and so the impact of this is very minimal, but I'm a big online gamer, and no upload means no gaming. I also enjoy Twitch.tv and this causes huge issues there as well. I don't think I've exceeded my bandwidth cap, though surely I've come close thanks to company I had 2 weeks ago, so throttling due to that, if that's even a thing, can't be it I'm posting here as this place is far more helpful than calling tech support who, and this is no joke, tell you to make sure your recycle bin is empty. If this is a known issue being worked on I can deal with that no problemo, but if not then posting about it is the only way to get it solved Edited an hour later with another speed test: [att=3]
