So for a few days now the internet with mediacom has been slower then dirt. Both the download and upload speed are horribly slow. I am paying for 150 down 20 up and I am seeing like 300 ping, 2 down and 2 up. It's been this way all day and every time I call mediacom there phone says that there is an outage in my area and it will only give me automated prompts. I can't talk to any live support / people at all, only an automated recorded dialog because there is a reported "outage" in my area.
