About a year ago some work was done due to speeds less than what I was paying for in my package. With help from here an online tech confirmed there was an issue and I was able to get things taken care. It looks like I am having an issue again. I was paying for the 100mb service package but I believe that's been upgraded to the 150 package. Not sure how I can confirm that. If that is the case I about 1/3 of my package speed.
Can someone look at this information and tell me if this is an issue or things look fine?
