[MN] Connection fails at noon every day...

For the last few days my connection here has been failing around noon every day, with the change in the weather, its colder here now, is this a sign of a bad amp somewhere on the line?? My Downstream power level will drop to around -20 to -30 and my Upstream power level drops as well, which is odd, but my upstream will go from around 39 to 25, but then the modem just sits and reboots over and over until magically the numbers realign after a few hours and i get the usual signal levels and everything is fine again. The downstream SNR is usually around 39, but when it goes haywire mid day i see a SNR around 23-25. I put a drop amp with active return inline just so i can get some work done today and i have an SNR of 27, downstream power level of -10, and my upstream is hanging around the 40's but it bounces a lot. I can stay online at least, but its slower then DSL available here. I sent PM's to Chad, no reply yet, called Mediacom yesterday and its next week before a tech can even come look. So what else can i do here? The weekend and Monday's are the busiest of the week for me work wise and now its the second week in a row that the connection just tanks daily. It usually comes back to normal around 4-5pm then its fine all night, and its usually ok all morning, then 12-12:30 hits and its dead until 4-5pm again.
