Good afternoon. I chatted with Mediacom chat about a overage last month and how it was continuing into the first week of Dec. Since then I have checked all streaming devices and made sure my network was secure. I called Mediacom back today to inquire to how the daily usage looked compared to the first week of this month and the last week of last month to see if I had figured out the problem. Sadly there was no way tier 1 could help and tier 2 has to call me back sometime in the next 24 hours. It is frustrating. Is there a tool that I can use to map out usage daily? I have one for my machine but I need to know the full household usage to assure myself that I am not going over my allotment. Any suggestions?
