I've had Mediacom for a couple of years now. As of early this year I upgraded to the Ultra speeds and had great luck until late October.
My speeds have dropped from just over 80 down to now less then 7. This happens at all times of the day and has happened with 3 different routers.
I've had tech support out here at least 4 times, I've had my drop to the house replaced TWICE, my modem replaced, a section of the cable on my house replaced and not a SINGLE thing has solved my problem.
I've now had TWO different technicians tell me it's a maintenance issue with NO FURTHER information. This has been going on since before Thanksgiving and I'm getting a little tired of it.
I work from home and need to be logged into a computer at work and these slow speeds are absolutely killing my productivity and hurting my livelihood.
Could someone PLEASE help me out.
