I have had astounding packet loss over the past week. I called mediacom and told them what was going on but they said they could not contact AT&T and could not help me. What should I do? Here is the tracer I ran with the results. I am not much of a technical person, though I can follow instructions well. Please advise. As you can see on the AT&T hops it looks like there is packet loss. I tried tacing those specific addresses but it came back as "no response from host" I am connecting to an Europe address from the east coast I do not expect 50 MS ping, maybe somewhere from 130-200 is even acceptable. but I am getting way high ping results. I do not know what else to do.
