I have had issues with my Mediacom since day one with billing and now my bill is way over 190+ bucks now I have called in severals times and got a run around with customer service and the retentions department. I have had a ticket opening for a billing dispute and nothing was ever resolved. I spoke to a lead and someone else today that was very rude over the phone when I called into the 855 # kept telling me that the bill was correct and the simple solution was to downgrade my internet. I don't want to downgrade I have had 150mb since day one.
Chad - I worked with Maria I think you referred my account over to her a specials retentions lady out of Florida I can't find her email but she was very very helpful at my billing problems.
