[MO] Channels Internet Speed Bill

First of all I would like to switch up some channels. On the "Family TV" pack there are a total of 5 SPORTS channels that I am not the slightest bit interested in and are a complete waste because I never watch them. I think all five SPORT channels should be moved to the "Sports & Information Digital Pak", it just makes sense that sports channels should be on sports packs. I mean really. Why have a Sports & Information Digital Pak if you're going to scatter the sports channels in other categories? I would like a channel swap. Ditto for the news and information channels. Why mix those with sports when they should be with family channels or basic. The Sports already have their own news channels such as FOX sports and CBS sports. No need to keep the news in the sports package. Secondly. My service was upgraded to faster speed internet, but my speeds don't seem to be increasing. I'm noticing no change in the loading of webpages (which should be instant at this speed) and it seems that everything is pretty much the same 'wait' as before, even with the upgrade. With a charge of just under $200 to get this upgrade, I hoped for much better result than what I'm getting. The bill looks a bit oddball as well. $29.00 to upgrade service where I'll be paying you more every month?! WOW! and then there is this.... 4/08 Launch to Prime + (SB02) ...... $10.00 (That should have been $9.95 a mo per mediacom's webpage https://mediacomcable.com/site/order_current.php?_ga=1.100716808.807227863.1457907088) AND I'm not able to access a lot of the internet tv channels. The most I get are 1:00 to 3:00 minute videos. I was suppose to get destination america and it's "unavailable" online. Maybe it can be swapped for one of the five sports channels in the family pack that should be in the sports pack.
