[MO] Disconnects & Slowdowns

Hi Chad, Please check my connection. Wed March 23, 2016. Recent speed increase. Last night was a dropped connection. Before the increase, nothing was wrong other than insanely slow connections that were never fixed, but now this is just crazy slow. I'm getting a second dropped connection this evening, and well, you can see the speed here... No help with direct to modem or other troubleshooting steps. Seems to be on your end. Thanks for troubleshooting for me and drop me a message with the results if you don't mind. You should already have my info. tx
