Can I just say that it's probably been nearly 36 months since I've had to interact with Mediacom Customer Service...
My bill is perfect and exactly what I expect every month. Internet speeds are always consistently up where they should be. Haven't had ANY outages that I can remember that weren't between Midnight and 6AM. Even the ones that we did have in that time frame were minor.
I see that upstream bonding was added sometime last year for us. I see that IPv6 has been rolled out, will need to configure that this weekend.
Finally, my ISP is at a point where I forgot they exist. (Other than the monthly bank transaction).
I know others have major issues, but where I'm at in IA, our 100/10 internet is pretty amazing.
The only reason I logged in here was to bug Chad to see if there was any promo we could take advanage of to either bring our bill down or speed up.
