Ever since the outage I experienced on the 8th I've been noticing speed issues during the evenings. It's possible that these issues existed prior to the outage on the 8th and that I'm only noticing them now that I'm paying closer attention, but they exist nonetheless.
Current speedtest shows half of the 150Mbps I'm subscribed to. According to Chad my area only has 8DS and 2US available, so I don't expect a 16x4 modem would help.
