I am fed up. I was told that last year I "agreed" to a new contract, which I did not. They looked for the phone call to prove their side, and surprise surprise, they couldn't find it! That's because I did NOT agree to a new contract.
Now the person I talked to did work out a deal, with a previously added note by MediacomChad to waive the fee to start a new contract (even though I did NOT agree to the previous one) that would make it so a year of Ultra would be $54.95 a month, instead of $61. But with normal mediacom bullcrap she said she would have to just charge me the $61 a month BUT would credit me back the difference up front and that would total $60 ($5 x 12). So, now on my bill I see charges and removal of charges to change contracts, but no credit for the difference.
Does anyone know when this kind of credit should show up on a bill?
