Here in Cedar Rapids on the one TV I have using a QAM tuner I can't get Kcrg in HD (115.2) I can tune it to 16.6 which cuts the screen off on the left and right hand sides and changing the aspect ratio does nothing as the broadcast is actually cut off it seems. Why can I not get Kcrg 115.2? I get all the other QAM hd channels except the one I want.
