I'm paying for the super amazing 100/50 plan or whatever but my internet has been waxing and waning between normal (or at least close to normal) speeds and going down to only getting kilobytes per second for the last week or so. Its making my internet basically unusable. Resetting the modem / router doesn't help except sometimes resetting the router will fix the speeds for a few minutes...sometimes it wont help at all.
