First off I am not looking for "official" support from mediacom, I already have a post over on the mediacom support form. This forum seems to have more technical people active so I am asking this question here...
I have been having issues with my upload speed for the last few weeks (cold related?).
When I test from http://speedtest.mediacomtoday.com I can always get 150+ Down and 20+ up. Note: this server I test from is in the same city as me.
When I test to any other speed test site or real world test (uploading a file) I am lucky to get 1 to 3 Mbps up.
Mediacom has scheduled a tech to come out (for the 2nd time, and after new modem) but wouldn't this point to an issue within their network and not something local to my house, inside or at the poll??
