Hello. I run a small business from my home. I have had Mediacom for over a decade. We just purchased a new home in Cedar Rapids IA which is literally a few miles from the Mediacom office here. Myself and the rest of the neighborhood have called Mediacom many times and still can't get access to their services. Our neighborhood is about a year or two old. The are is 8600 Grand Oaks Dr NE Cedar Rapids IA 52402. Anyone know how to get Mediacom to run lines?
