This is my 6th time dealing with this. I talked to the area manager last time looks like I need to call again. They adjust the upstream to 42dbm then after a few weeks the thing goes to 56dbm and boom no upstream channel bonding lol... The tap which I am the only customer on the 4 port tap will test the same on the techs test device also. And bainch wonders why I gave him grief over the 1 gig rollout. I couldn't use the service with these signals anyway.
