Hey Mediacom Chad when will we be getting gigabit or 500Mb service in Pace, FL? I have the 200Mb package. I'm coming close to hitting the 2TB data cap every month and there's not another plan I can move up to because there is nothing else available here yet. We are VERY heavy streamers/gamers in a household of 7 so we need a tad more bandwidth and a much higher data cap. It's either you guys or ATT for residential and ATT only offers up to 100 Mb with a 1TB data cap currently so we're stuck between a rock and a hard place. Every time I call up there which has been about 2 or 3 times already this year I keep getting told it's going to happen but they just don't know when. What other options do I have short of having to pay for a business package or overage fees? ATT can't run fiber here soon enough though. It's cheaper than what I'm paying now (att gigabit is $80 a month and if I were to select the $140 a month package I would also get 360 uverse channels with gigabit) and NO DATA CAPS! They've already started running it in Navarre so maybe they'll get here before you guys make gigabit available? Please don't hold your consumers hostage with dadgum data caps!
