[Cable HSI] Does Mediacom Still Charge the Internet-Only Surcharge?

I'm hoping that uid://1705265 can chime in here: Does Mediacom still charge an extra fee if you only subscribe to internet service? I thought I saw the topic of the Internet-Only fee come up here recently, but I don't remember what was said about it, so I'm hoping to get an official word from Chad.
