Hi All, Can some of the Mediacom people contact me. Today after having a Tivo guide issue and getting it resolved I asked in the Mediacom support forums to have someone contact me concerning the whole home Tivo pricing (my current TiVo is personal TiVo). So far I have gotten no response from there, called the 1-855 # and was advised to go online to Mediacomtoday.com support chat option. The support chat person was more like asking what direction is up and they answer with "Blue" Just say it left me witg more questons than I started with.
If someone could contact me I will not take up much of their time. I really am just looking at what to expect with monthly costs associated with the following 2 scenarios:
1.> Whole home Tivo Service
2.> Single Tivo service
How many channels can be recorded?
I am a current customer, so I am sure that stops me from getting an sort of promotional pricing.
