The modem is Arris SB6121. This is at an RV park where there are probably 60 lots or so and all are wired for cable (TV Only). I've signed up for the Mediacom 60/5 plan and I'm trying to do the self install. I'm trying to avoid the $50 install fee because I'm only going to be at this place for another month and a half and the install fee obviously puts a damper on things.
Below is a screenshot of the modem pages and I've also icnluded a picture of the cable box. The splitter in the cable box is Commscope SV-2G.
Any ideas on this?
