I don't often rant in public, but this is absurd. My Internet has been on and off again for 3 days now. More off than on. Since I work from home, I've head to burn through cell data tethering in order to get online.
As I sit right now, the modem is in its new usual state of being stuck on ranging with no response received from the upstream.
I called (first thing) on Tuesday and the best they could do was have someone out on next Monday?
I'm beyond frustrated at this point and will be exploring my other options. ATT has been running new fiber past the house. Perhaps they'll have that available soon. At this rate, I'd be better off on dialup.
