Mediacom was doing some very weird stuff this morning. I was logged in on my computer attending to some business when the internet suddenly, and without notice, went down. I looked over to see all the lights on the modem were blinking. I still had cable tv though and the funniest thing happened... I unplugged my modem and still had wireless connection on my phone. Figure that one out? I cruised the internet for a good minute or two before someone finally noticed they forgot to cut the wireless too and then SNAP! The page would no longer load. Hacker.. yeah.. probably.. Inside job? Definitely.
Anyhooo... could you please stop taking down my connection every morning at 1 am on the dot. It has been less than 2 weeks since the last 'outage'. You can add some credit to next month's bill for this 'outage' too, since I was put at a total inconvenience by no fault of my own. I'm suppose to be getting an amazing experience. I need the "WiFi makes staying connected simple" too, because being down every day at the same time is certainly NOT "staying connected" nor is it an "amazing experience" like your webpage indicates.
Thanks to whomever has the power to make things happen. I'm usually in bed by 4am. After that, who cares. One has to work ya know. g'nite
