Months of Issues on Mediacom near Des Moines, Need Help

For the past few months I've been having a constant recurring issue with my Mediacom service. My internet does not go down but it loses connection every few minutes but only for a few seconds. This makes it nearly impossible to play any online games and causes issues with streaming and downloading etc. When this 1st started happening I called Mediacom and they sent a tech out to fix it. The issue went away for about 2 weeks and then began again. I called Mediacom again and they sent another tech out. Both times which I had to wait at least a week for the tech to come. This time they told me there was an issue with a "card" in the neighborhood that was sending out interference and knocking everyone offline constantly. When the tech came he did some work and once again the issue went away for a few weeks but then began happening again. I called Mediacom for the 3rd time and they told me there were signal problems with my line and they sent another tech out. This time I had to wait 9 days. The tech came, looked around for a few minutes, did something with a splitter outside and then told me I was good to go and he left. He also gave me his personal number to call if the issue came back. This was 2 days ago. Within an hour I realized the issue wasn't fixed at all and called him back. He told me he would come back the next day. He never showed up and didn't answer my text. I am at my wit's end here. I am beyond frustrated. I have had 3 techs at my house and spoken with customer support 3 times and each of them tell me a different story about what is wrong. I haven't been able to play the online games I love with my friends and family for months now. Can someone please help me get this sorted out. I cannot seem to get this escalated to someone who can actually fix the issue.
