I just got off the phone with support. They said there is an outage in the Florida/Georgia area. Are there more details available? I will need to provide my work with an official statement on this as this is the 6th/7th issue (outage) I've had since the docsis 3.1 swap over in August. Numerous techs have come out and say everything looks fine and the Mediacom hardware is junk. This is in the thousands now of lost income between gas and work hours. I have kept the previous issues via pm with Mediacom Chad. It's time to go public. I will be calling att tonight to price out their offerings. Reliability is a must at this point and Mediacom can't seem to provide it anymore.
