I just had 200 service installed couple of weeks ago. Installer provisioned my SB8200 modem. DL light is blue(3.1), UL light is green(3.0).
Installer mentioned my modulation was on the verge of being a problem and he opened a ticket for it for someone to come out and address at the box in the yard. He said both lights would be green when it was fixed. But from what I have read there is no 3.1 UP currently. Is this correct or do I still have an issue?
I will log into the modem and get the numbers out of it tonight.
