Oh Mediacom how you make me laugh. I call to get service ready for Internet at my new house back on May 14th. I get told the address isn't serviceable but the rep tells me there is service at the house next door. So they set up a serviceability request to get have a tech go out and find out if it's serviceable.
They didn't go out until May 23 and the technician puts in his report that my address isn't serviceable but makes no indication as to why.
I find this all out tonight when I called to sign up for service. So the supervisor I spoke to is going to have a new serviceability request sent to get a different tech out.
Again if the houses all around me have their Internet service why can't I get it? No lines ran to the house then run one. I'm remembering why I stopped using Mediacom almost 6 years ago.
I don't have high hopes that this request will result in anything different.
