I have not had internet service at home since last Friday (5 days). I have a Arris SB6141 Modem and the downstream light shows it's connected but the upstream light just blinks a blue color.I'm told by support that my modem shows it's offline so they can't really tell me anything and have to send a tech out. I have thoroughly checked out the modem and even tried a new modem but the exact same issue happened. I only have internet service so the cable comes directly to the modem with out any splitters in the line to cause issues. I have a couple pictures of the Modem GUI showing what the settings are.
Any ideas?
Also this is the first real trouble I've had with my service which I've had for a couple years. But I have to say to wait a week for a tech to come out is absolutely crazy! I pay their high price for their service, and to just be totally down for a week is ridiculous!
