Ready to drop Mediacom

I am posting this on my phone as I conclude my tenth day with no internet. To put this in perspective I have had the "service" for less than a single month. For whatever reason only my smart TV is able to get a consistent connection to my gigabit internet. I have done everything possibly on my end and have very little patience to schedule a third tech in 30 days just to get my fourth modem.
