1. A description of the problem. (i.e. lost connection, slow speeds, high pings, etc.)
Anytime I try to watch streaming content on Youtube or Twitch I get frequent buffering. Even when reducing quality to 720p the problem persists.
2. Give a description of any home networking setup you may have. (i.e. router make/ model, hubs, adapters, etc.)
I have the Xtream modem/wi-fi unit used as modem and wi-fi. Model is TCG310.
3. Modem make, model and firmware version.
Askey TCG310.
4. Signal levels found at »192.168.100.1 if applicable.
Can't access the modem as I don't know the login info.
5. A speed test from DSLR.

7. Which operating system you use? Windows 98/98SE/ME/2K/XP, etc.

8. Is the problem constant, intermittent, or does it occur at a specific time of day? If it is an intermittent problem, a 24hr smokeping is recommended.
Whenever I stream on Youtube/Twitch, time of day doesn't seem to matter.
9. Include any firewall and/or anti-virus software you have installed and what version you have.
Latest version of MSE.
Speed is always very good when I test on this site but streaming on Youtube and Twitch is horrible.
