As of earlier today, around 5pm, i can no longer send email and none of my family members can either on our Mediacom email accounts. It pops up some message about a security related issue. I checked, all the settings in Outlook and our phone apps are the same as they have always been. Did Mediacom change something that they didn't notify me about or is the email server just hosed again??
Here is the message i am getting on Outlook...
Sending reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'
In other apps we are getting a message saying the server did not respond, or the server responded with an improper result. Not sure whats going on.
