So I'm a bit frustrated to say the least. A week ago Thursday came home to no internet. Was able to get a tech to come next day on Friday. Turns out maintenance crew detected signal leak and put a trap on the line.
Tech found source, a bad cable. We changed wall ports, it's literally only thing connected in the house, tested everything, perfection. Great signals, no noise etc.
Fast forward to today. A Friday again. Came home to another sign on my door about signal leak and assuming another trap installed.
Now I call in and they only can say, maybe Monday someone could come.
This is second weekend in a row its been cut off, also happening to my sister a block away (luckily she got an appt for tomorrow). And I find it acceptable they and prepared to make an immediate appointment.
Looking for guidance here. I need someone to come first thing tomorrow.
I have single line into the house, going to single wall panel, going to modem. Nothing else wired up in the house. Very limited amount of options for potential signal leaks. It should be very fast appointment.
