What's up with the Mediacom rates currently? I've been a customer since 2011 and have had the same services for the past 2+ years. The bill has gone up substantially to $200 a month after fees. That's for gigabit, phone, and cable (no premiums, 1 tivo box and one remote tivo box)! I called and spoke with loyalty and the rates they had were beyond laughable! Yes year one is $10 cheaper but year 2 is even more than I'm paying now! ATT offers service here and it's about $100 cheaper. I really don't want to go with ATT but we have to eat. Also the data rates would be much slower so that's a deal breaker too but if push comes to shove...If I were to drop Mediacom service and go with ATT how long would it be until I could qualify for a new customer rate/promotion? That would be the only other option if we cannot get this sorted out. Mediacom Chad...HELP!!!
