I am a new customer I have the 500mb plan I am in Columbia MO download speed is dirt slow upload speed is just fine. I am connecting to the modem with wifi 5g my computer is only like 15ft from the modem download speed I am getting 45mbs to 60mbs and upload speed 45mbs. Any idea what the problem could be??
