[MO] Damaged Ground Line?

Please help!!!! I live with my family who is a customer of Mediacom. I’m a gamer who has suffered crippling latency/stutter issues ever since I’ve been here. We’ve changed the router 3 times, modem twice, replaced all coaxial cables. We’ve had the service tech here at least twice. He recently replaced outside connectors. His tests showed latency, but I feel like he decided, “ah, I’ll do this one thing, and I’ll be done, and it should be good.” He replaced the connectors and left. It’s still terrible. I hate to be pushy, and I know outside line replacement is probably a more expensive fix, so I’ve pushed every other avenue and been patient, but it’s not working. Can I get some kind of deeper testing? -Thanks! Dave
