Ive been experiencing a terrible connection for some time now, even worse after the storm.
Problem exists throughout the day but seems much worse during high traffic times. Before the storm I would get spikes in ping or dropouts when performing ping tests to google, yahoo, etc. which were fairly spaced and much less frequent during low traffic hours.
Streaming, Gaming and browsing are often hindered to a point that its unusable.

On a modem that i restarted less than 12 hours ago channel 6 has an insane amount of corrections. This can't be normal can it?

Steps I've taken:
Multiple Modem Restarts and Grounding the Cable in my palm.
Direct link to cable, eliminated router.
Changed all cables in house.
Verified this issue persists on multple PC's, Wireless and wired.
At least 3 visits from technicians in the last 2 years who could not verify an issue to the point only one splitter is active in my unit as to have the most direct connection to the input on the unit.
Chad has been helpful in the past but I'm over sending technicians here to not locate an issue.
Anyone else in this area experiencing anything similar to this problem?
