Hello everyone,
I've been having some really frustrating issues with Mediacom for the last couple of days. The router will randomly disconnect after my speeds slow to a crawl. I do the classic reset, restart etc., with no improvement.
So, this morning it happens again and I thought well maybe Mediacom is having a planned outage. I go to the Mediacom page to check, and sure enough there is a planned outage for my area, but no date! Hmm.. I laughed to myself and thought "No Date" this must mean a permanent planned outage of dropped connections and speed issues, but I hope that's not the case!

Anyway, I can't seem to get past a crawl and sometimes webpage will not load at all. This is frustrating because I have just been accepted as a volunteer chat host for folks that have been burdened with a certain medical issue and if these issues with Mediacom persist I will not be able to help those folks.
Mediacom Chad, if you are online could you check into this for me and find out what is causing dropped connections, slow speeds ... oh and I'm getting messages on the TV as well, so I know it's not my computer.. it's the internet AND the TV service on Mediacom's end. And.. please.. don't tell me it's the cold weather.. I've been with Mediacom a long time and I've heard the weather excuse before ;) Anyway.. can you check it out for me.. You may still have my info in your pvt msgs.

Now it won't even load the speed test again :( Please help.
