Is there something going on in West Des Moines? I'm unable to get a speed test or download to successfully complete but the little that it does hovers around 0.25 mbps. I'm visiting from out of town and staying with a friend who isn't here so sending account info in a direct message won't work. I'm just looking for information and Mediacom's Twitter doesn't have anything relevant on it so I thought I'd check here.
This is all done cabled directly into the modem.
