Is Mediacom rolling out IPv6 tonight in the Quad Cities? This is a residential connection with base service, not enterprise.
I enabled DHCP for IPv6 on my router and it looks like one was assigned.
Your IPv6 address on the public Internet appears to be 2002:ad15:114f:xxxx::2
Your IPv6 service appears to be: 6to4
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) appears to be MEDIACOM-ENTERPRISE-BUSINESS - Mediacom Communications Corp
Next question: why does my router think the WAN IPv6 address is different than the public address from a test IPv6 site? The network and subnet portion are identical but the interface identifier portion is different in the last few bits.
Edit ** Never mind, I think I figured that it must be because of the 6to4 conversion the network on my router is /64 and the public IPv6 is a /16
