The usage meter says I'm close to my cap (way more that my own traffic monitor says, but whatever) so I've been trying to manage my use so I don't go over. The only problem with that is that the monitor hasn't updated for three days so I don't really know where Mediacom claims I stand at this point. Every other time I've checked the monitor it refreshed everyday, at least once per day and usually more that I've noticed. However none of the times was I close to the cap.
It it normal for the meter to stop refreshing close to the cap? Am I still liable if I go over when the Mediacom provided meter doesn't provide timely information?
