Greetings. Have a new house with new wiring and new Mediacom service. Everything works fine and looks great when hooked up to one TV. If I split the cable then my signal degrades and gets back. So I got a cable TV booster box and everything looks awesome and crisp again.
However, that seems to break On Demand. With that plugged in On Demand won't start and it says error code 7. If I unplug the booster, it works fine.
I know there is a range of signal strength and I'm guessing... just guessing, that it's getting boosted too much and that is causing On Demand not to work?
Any suggestions.
