Chad, hoping you can help here...about two weeks ago we had another outage and since then I have been getting constant dhcp errors, like every single hour. Any idea what could be causing these? Usually when I start seeing errors like this it is followed by a lengthy outage within a week or so. Signals seem to be in range, although I know they have still not fixed the upstream noise issue that has been a problem for over a year now, nor the errors the last tech said he was seeing coming into the tap (which is causing our frequent tv pixelation and drop outs). Had to drop an outlet just to get enough of a signal to watch with any regularity, but as you can see with the modem levels, power is not the issue, it is the signal levels. The power is at 8 ds and that is after being split twice before the modem, yet the tv signal on that same line is ~40% on hd channels (after boosting with an amp I had to buy) due to the poor signal being fed from the headend to our area (according to the tech) and noise issues upstream.
Service was out this am again (about 0530 ct) but website showed no tv or net outages in my area. Was out last Friday for two hours in the afternoon as well, but website showed nothing.
Any idea when we will get the 5th (or more) channel upgrade here as well?
Thanks
