I am trying to update the firmware of this modem from 1.0.6.13 to 1.0.6.14 as this is the newer version that fixes bugs. I have called MC and was informed that since the modem is customer owned that Mediacom can't update it. I then called Arris tech support and they informed me that firmware updates are given to isps which are responsible for pushing the updates.
Can I get this modem updated?
